I am offering a Handyman General Maintenance Service to Small Housing Associations.
A current issue such as Mould is best dealt with ongoing maintenance.
(Literally assisting residents to clean, control and maintain it)
Improving residents’ happiness with their homes by, Draught Proofing, hanging window coverings such as Curtains and Blinds properly for aesthetics and essential rest. Overhauling Internal Doors so they close properly to give people space and privacy, for improved mental health and or working from home.
As well as maintaining Kitchen and Sanitary areas, fixing Leaks quickly, refreshing Silicone for water proofing and preventing leaks and Damage.
I have my Own Vehicle, tools etc. I can be your Friendly Neighbourhood Handyman.
I am perfect for this role. The About page of my website describes why I understand the complexities of delivering a repairs service in the public private arena.
Working with smaller organisations, I can get to know your tenants and your stock. As a handyperson, my overheads are small, but my experience is wide and I can liaise with contractors, surveyors accordingly and potentially save costs by assisting tenants with diagnostics; encouraging and assisting residents to use online reporting software or apps where available or reporting back directly.
I am insured, fully equipped to manage databases and calenders.
I provide letter headed invoices, before and after reports all with pictures.
